I am a natural-light, lifestyle family photographer based in the DC-Metro Area. I serve Washington, DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia.

Photography is something that I have always been interested in. I see beauty everywhere in nature and try to capture a piece of it through my lens. After the birth of my daughter and the decision to be a stay-at-home mom, I spent a lot of time taking photos of her. I was, and still am, trying to capture the magic that is watching your child grow and develop over time. I began to understand the value of having quality photos so that you can look back and remember what life was like at different periods of development, because despite what we all think, we are never going to remember everything! I am mostly self-taught- taking online classes, studying other photographers that I admire, and just clicking away. I prefer lifestyle family photography to traditional portraiture because it feels more natural to me. When people are genuinely having a good time and interacting as a family, the photos are going to reflect that and come out better. And when these photos are taken at home, it's even better because everyone is more relaxed in their own home. I appreciate you taking the time to visit my site and get to know me.
